Sitting out and laying a business plan can initiate on a pen and paper or let’s say if you’re just way too efficient all you would do is start on one task at a time in your mind. But for most of us it is a difficult task at hand especially when you don’t have a team to work with you or throw ideas at and you are for sure not going to shell out chunk of cash on services just for the inception of your idea to initiate. There is a myth that unless you have money you really can’t do much in the beginning, because the truth is you can really do it! And knowing what and how comes only with dedicated research (well I hope you are not lazy to invest time in the necessary research). I have given in some time and gone about researching on the web for a few tools that will help you to start your plan on the virtual world and trust me some start-ups learn organization management the hard way, most of them are free to use. Scroll down!
ASANA
Asana is a platform where you can team up with all your team members at one place. “Asana’s mission is to help humanity thrive by enabling all teams to work together effortlessly”. This CRM software is not only feature rich but also comes with a great UI. You can assign tasks to members individually, comment, assign due date and a lot more with it. Helps you and your team mates stay connected in one place without any email. And the best part about this software is it comes with mobile apps, even less troubles, phew!
Mailchip – E-mail Marketing
E-mail marketing campaigns have become a necessity when you want to make a social presence and reach a large number of audience sooner and effectively. That is when Mailchimp comes with it’s great services of designs and features such as designs, personalization and automation. And Hey! Even this has a mobile app!
Waveapps – Finance Management
Alright, so this is for all the money business in one place, an integrated software which is cloud based and is a tool for small business. Waveapps is ideally for those with 9 employees or less. You will find a lot such softwares available online but honestly most of them are not built of small businesses, are complicated and difficult to manage. With Waveapps the UI is simple, easy navigation and everything that you need will be sorted from invoices to bills or even maintaining an account ledger. As far as a mobile interface is concerned, they have recently built an ‘Invoice’ app for iOS and a ‘Receips’ waveapp is already available for iOS as well as Android.
eM Client – A replacement for Outlook
eM Client is for the users who are looking for change from Outlook. The funtions are almost same, however this I would say is a much modified version. You can change themes, the calender has a weather display, much simple and beautiful utilization of milk space. So yes a better deal if you want to see something fresh with mails.
Toggl – Time Management
Toggl is a software which much encourage to work, not quit it. As it says this is a time tracking software that helps you to set tasks and work accordingly. And if you don’t it will follow up on you almost like that annoying snooze alarm which rings when you cannot slam that expensive smartphone on the wall!
If all these tools help you, I would love to hear a feedback from you saying any message you like (in a good way hopefully). However, if there is something better that you have known and used, do share it with us!
