So be it this way or that, there is something really attractive about reading content, no wonder how most of us turn out to be focused readers, always pondering about what is worthy of reading and what is not.
So something that you have just read has inspired you.
An article or a blog post or an open letter by a revolutionary human being, a business man for an instance. Remember the open letter written by Narayan Murthy to his employees?
Yes, that something has changed you!
An image can bring curiosity but content can move the masses. If you and I, if all of us have experienced it, ever thought what is that one thing which really makes content great? I have not just one here but a few things for you to note when you are writing to your people, to you customers, and you want them to know you, just by your words.
Creating an adventure of reading you content is what people would want, that will profound them.
Play of the eyes
Do you know that the human brain can actually read about 500 words in a minute? Yes, that’s possible, well I can do that. So basically which means that anything I read in the first minute of me reaching on a web post or blog is crucial (every second of that one minute). If i does not interest me within 30 seconds, SWITCH, that’s what I would do.
It’s how the eyes work, telling us how interesting would it really look.
Now it is not just the content then, your reader would have a quick glance on everything on your page, colour, font, picture composition, length of the content, everything. So what do you do?
Be the designer, design your content, wisely.
Make high quality design, make it easier for interpretation, you will win your readers then, having them to spend more time on your page. Constructive time, I mean.
Mind games now?
So what you have just perceived is now going to the mind palace. Time to see what’s coming in?
It is the important part, it is the content itself, your message, your ideologies all laid down in a presentation. If you’re a first timer, doing the content all by yourself can me quite a hassle. I have found something here, Demian Farnworth’s post, A 52-Installment Content Marketing Course (Free, and Right There)
This above link will help you understand how to draft and build a content strategy with an ease. Every where there is a chunk of content, break it into bullet points. Spend time in picking up a nice heading for your content that brings attention to you page, and have your content divided in sub-parts. In he end, it should be easier to absorb anything that you write.
Have your words skillfully plated for it actually creates a path of endurance in your readers’ minds.
Let’s not see what the heart responds.
The Bigger Task, at the Heart
Emotional attribution, that’s what happens when it finally lands into the readers’ hearts. Emotions bind us all to like and what not to.
It is very important that what you’re delivering for people to read is something that you see is ethically appropriate, something that belongs from the pages of what you yourself have experience and how well do you feel about it. The content that touches minds and souls will be just a mouth of word (great branding I tell you!) Reaching people is not a very difficult thing apparently, especially if you are a reader you must know what would affect another one when he or she reads your wok. Or well, at least try to have a presumption, I am sure that’ll help.
